"We selected Powell Construction to build our home because of quality, cost, time-lines and help with interior and exterior design. While our house was being built we managed to sell and close on our home one month prior to our move-in date. We paid a small penalty price to the buyer for each day that we stayed in our house but it was well worth the wait because Powell Construction understood our problem and accommodated us with great care and concern. Later, we hired Powell to create and install an entertainment center in our family room, finish our basement and create an office.
